My Dear members of TAPI,
Greetings from TAPI. We invite you and your spouse to attend the annual meeting on Sunday, April 18 at Embassy Suites Hotel in Coraopolis. All the directors of TAPI have worked hard to arrange a good CME educational program and auxiliary program for spouses. The dinner program at 7 PM will feature Keynote speech by Dr Sanford Kurtz, Chief Medical Officer, West Penn Allegheny System and entertainment by Dr Sudeep Chakravarty.

To give back to the community TAPI has now undertaken a volunteer service through the well established Catholic Charities Clinic in downtown. Volunteer physicians are in the process of getting credentialed for legal protection under the federal tort act so that there is no risk for the services offered. We would like to develop a list of physicians who are willing to volunteer their services, please enquire at the registration desk during the annual meeting for further details.

A directory of physicians in the Tri State area has been developed and will be distributed during the April meeting.

Physicians who are interested to serve as TAPI directors from April 2010 for a 2 year term are requested to send in nominations to tapi2@yahoogroups.com
